The minority paradigm attributed to late 14th century storytellers reveals its insufficiency in the light of the most recent theoretical debate on gender.In the essay it is observed how the adoption of a narrative subject highlights, in the novelistic texts in question, an asymmetrical textual ratio, the mixture of literary and spoken language, are elements of an experimental tension. In the Autumn of the Middle Ages, the metamorphosis of the novel, considered in the face of contemporary figurative languages, also brings to light the dynamic game of plural and unitary, closed and open, as a founding trait of modern narrative processes.

Recently, the impressive success of the IEEE 802.11 WLAN technology has dramatically changed the role of the wireless connectivity provisioning. Born as a wireless extension of small office or home networks, todays the WLANs are getting more and more popular as a large, even metropolitan, area networks. The deployment of large-scale WLANs has some critical issues, because of the lack of coordinated management functionalities among the network nodes. Il saggio esamina il sistema delle regole che ineriscono la gestione della forza lavoro nell’impresa sequestrata o confiscata per metterne in luci pregi e criticità. La ricerca mette in particolare in luce i limiti della tesi che fa leva sulla prevalenza della disciplina contenuta nell’art. 56 del d.lgs. n. 159/2011 sulle regole generali. Il tema è indagato attraverso materiale giurisprudenziale in parte inedito e una valutazione critica del ruolo del sindacato.

L’art. 28 dello Statuto dei lavoratori ha attraversato un cinquantennio di storia del conflitto sindacale italiano. Si tratta di un rimedio ancora attuale, che necessità di un intervento manutentivo alla luce delle trasformazioni del diritto del lavoro. Partendo dalla validità del modello normativo, il saggio individua le criticità per il legislatore in una prospettiva de jure condendo.
